So Blaize can:
be a Cygnar warcaster in a 50-point Cygnar army fielding Cygnar warjacks
be a Merc warcaster in a 50-point Highborn army fielding Merc warjacks
be a Cygnar warcaster in a 100-point or larger Cygnar army alongside one or more Cygnar warcaster[s]
be a Merc warcaster in a 100-point or larger Highborn army alongside one or more Highborn warcaster[s]
And Gallant can:
be a Cygnar warjack in a Cygnar army
be a Merc warjack in a Highborn army
