I would recommend Madrak 1 from the starter box, Borka, and Grim Angus 1 as starting Trollbloods warlocks.

Trollbloods warbeasts are very effective. However, that effectiveness is mitigated by the fact that Trollbloods have the worst fury management amongst the main Hordes factions.

Some of the warbeasts in the list, like the Earthborn Dire Troll or Dire Troll Bomber, can also be good in pairs. I would recommend playing with one of version of a warbeast for a while before doubling up on that warbeast.
