WTC team Hungary green Cygnar armies

Ebben a bejegyzésben a Warmachine/Hordes Team Championship versenyre festett seregeimből az elsőt szeretném bemutatni. Végül elég volt csak a szebbiket nevezni, de erre is nagyon büszke vagyok.

A sereget Cygnar mesterlövész castere, Kara Sloan vezeti. A magját, a battlegroupot a jótékonysági versenyre kentük ki, és végül Pite nyerte meg. A kommandós kisasszonynak nagyon szép, és Cygnarban szokatlan olivazöld színsémája lett, ezért gondoltam úgy, hogy egy teljes sereg ütne mellé ugyanezzel a sémával.

In this article, I would like to show you the Cygnar armies I painted for WTC. At the end I was able to enter just the nicer one, but this came up pretty good as well.

This army is led by the sniper Kara Sloan. The battlegroup was painted for a charity event a while ago. Our team member won it, but he was happy to lend it for the WTC, as he was playing skorne. I kept the original military scheme, as it is unusual for Cygnar.

Elsőként a sereg legnépesebb egységéről csináltam fotót. Ők a megújult gunmage-ek. Az egység mellé végül került egy tiszt is, mert a stealth ignorálás nagyon hatékony.

The first unit were the gun mages with UA. I used Microarts trench bases to fi the theme.

 

Szintén később került a seregbe a zsoldos Taryn. Az Llaeli származás végett kicsit eltér a színséma, rajta a lila dominál, de a harmónia miatt persze ő is kapott oliva zöldet rendesen. 

I added Taryn later. I changed the scheme a bit to represent her Llaelese mercenary "heritage" . The olives are still represent but only on her pouches and straps. I took the pic just before I painted the front arc back to black.

 

Mire elkészültem ezekkel a figurákkal, a sereg képe is összeállt a fejemben. Megírtam a listát (igazság szerint az első változatban még nem volt Taryn), majd nekiláttam összetarhálni a figurákat. Ez a sereg gyakorlatilag a teljes hazai méta figuráiból áll össze.

Once I finished all these figures, I had the army list in mind. It was time to beg for the rest of the miniatures, as I didn't want to buy them. The Hungarian meta was helpful, they lend the miniatures promptly. Of course they got them back painted. :D

Még régebben beszereztem Finnt, szimplán csak nagyon szeretem ezt a badass figurát. Egyszer már kifestettem (ráadásul az is hasonló színsémára készült) komissióban, de a birtoklási vágy legyőzött. Végül mégsem került magában a listába, de felkerült a kölcsönstormwall talpára. Így WTC után megint elbúcsúzom tőle (egy időre mindenképpen :) )!

I have already painted a Finn for commission, but I really like this badass classic. I wanted one, and he was sitting in my cabinet for months. He didn't make it in the list, so I put him on the base of Shabas Stormwall. After the WTC I had to say farewell to him again, but maybe he will return someday.

Következő solo az auto-include "dzsörnimen" volt. Kara mellé igazából egy helyre legény illett volna, de a női figurát jobban szeretem.

The next solo was a journeyman, which is kinda autoinclude in Cygnar. Fluffwise Kara prefers handsome guys, but I prefer the girl version of this miniature.

Mikor ezek elkészültek már csak néhány figura volt hátra. A szintén kulcsfigura Eiyriss2 leugrott a kéményről, és (meglepően nehéz konverzió volt...) felmászott a seregre jellemző trench talpra.

At the end all I had remaining were some small based models. I began converting Eiyriss2. She jumped off the chimney  (I broke my favorite clippers :( ), and jumped on the modified trench base.

Az utolsó kistalpas figurák egyszerre készültek, elég sokat használtam az airbrusht. Háromszínű alapozást követően a barnákat és az olivát is fújtam.

The last miniatures remaining were basecoated with airbrush. They got vertical lighting on the black undercoat with white, then the browns and olives were airbrushed.

Utána színenként haladtam a bőrökkel kezdve.
I moved on painting each color on all the miniatures, starting with the skin.

És végül el is készültek. :)

 A játékosunk kérésére ráírtam a talpra mi-mit tud.
I painted the most important info on the back of their bases, just to make sure our player knows!

Ebből a seregből nem maradt más hátra, mint a nagyfiú.
Összerakás után három színű alapozást kapott.

All I had to do was the big guy! I started with a three color basecoat.

Ezt követte az alapszínek felfújása, és kihighlightolása.
Followed by the main colors (browns and olives), still airbrushing the highlights.

Ecsettel festettem meg a részleteket, egy két szép freehanddel együtt.
The details, wethering, and freehand motives were then painted up.

Legvégül az OSL-t fújtam fel a figurára, és a baset flockoztam be.
Finally the OSL was airbrushed on the coils, and Flinn jumped on the base with the flock. 

Ez a sereg időben elkészült! Már "csak" a Morrowitákat kellett gatyába ráznom.
With the "commando" done, all I had to paint were the Morrowans!
