0 - további kérdések
Ha van a rendezvénnyel kapcsolatos bármilyen kérdés, tegyétek azt fel a hozzászólásokban és a válasz hozzá lesz adva ehhez a GYIK-hoz.
1 - Tournament format
- 12 teams of 3 (36 players) - Players must register as a team of 3 players that are all present.
- Steamroller 2014 rules (http://privateerpress.com/organized-play/steamroller-tournaments)
- Each player fields 42-point lists
- Appendix Rules: Divide and Conquer (1), Death
Clock (60 minutes on each player’s clock, deployment time is on the clock, only judges may pause the clock)
- Members of the team do NOT need to play the same faction, nor are there character restrictions between the lists of two separate players though each individual player must still conform to the list building and character restriction requirements of Steamroller
- Each team must consist of 3 players, a captain and two others. Members of the team will be listed on the team roster as Captain, 1st Lt, and 2nd Lt.
- Teams will be matched against other teams each round. Each member of the team plays a single game against a single opponent from the opposite team of his/her same rank – the captains will play each other, the 1st lieutenants will play each other, etc.
- Team Feat: Once during the tournament, after reviewing matchups but before starting rolls are made, the Team Captain may change the ranks of two players on his team for purposes of determining that round’s match-ups. Priority for use of the team feat is determined by a 3D6 roll off between Captains – winner chooses order of declaration. Declaration of “no feat” is binding even if the other team declares use of their feat afterwards.
- The team wins or loses as a whole based on the results of the individual games. The team that wins the majority of individual games wins the team match. If the result of the match is a tie, the result of the game between captains (or those temporarily designated as captains if the team feat was used) will be used to break the tie. If that game is also a tie, then the result of the match stands as a tie.
- Final standings are based on the team W/L/T record. In the event of two teams with a similar W/L/T record, the tie will be broken first on team strength of schedule, then on total Control Points scored by members of the team, then by total opponent army points destroyed by members of the team. If we still can’t solve it there, you’ll just have to play one more round or arm wrestle for it or something.
1 - A torna formátuma
- 12 csapat, egyenként három csapattaggal. A reggeli regisztrációhoz szükséges a három csapattag jelenléte.
- Steamroller 2014 szabályok alapján (http://privateerpress.com/organized-play/steamroller-tournaments)
- Minden játékos két 42 pontos listát kell hozzon.
- Kiegészitő szabályok : Két lista szükséges !,Divide and Conquer(1) ( ez azt jelenti hogy minden listát minimum egyszer játszani kell ), felpakolás sakkórára, csak a bíró állíthatja meg az órát.
- A csapatok nem kötelesek ugyanazt a frakciót játszani, és a játékosok között nincs semmiféle karaktermegkötés. A játékosra, illetve listáira, vonatkozik a karaktermegkötés ahogy az bármelyik Steamrollerben megszokott.
- Minden csapat egy kapitányból és két másik játékosból áll. A csapatlistán ez úgy lesz feltüntetve hogy Kapitány, Első Tiszt, Másodtiszt.
- Minden csapat minden körben kap egy másik csapatot ellenfélként. Minden csapattag egy meccset játszik a másik csapatból való ellenfelével. Minden játékos a rangjának megfelelő ellenféllel játszik : a Kapitány a Kapitánnyal, az Első Tiszt az Első Tisztel, a Másodtiszt a Másodtisztel.
- Csapat Feat : Versenyenként egyszer minden csapat használhatja a csapat Featet. Ilyenkor a Featet használó kapitány megváltóztathat két rangot a saját csapaton belül és ezzel a párosításokat is. Egy körben két szembenálló csapat is használhatja a csapat featet ezért a featek bejelentése előtt mindkét csapatkapitány dob 3d6-al és a kisebb eredményt dobó kapitány kell előbb bejelentse hogy használja-e a csapat featet. Ha megtette vagy passzolt, később már nem tud változtatni döntésén.
- Az a csapat nyeri meg a találkozót akinek több egyéni győzelme van.
- A végső állás a következő szempontok alapján lesz megállapítva : Csapatgyőzelmek száma, Csapat SoS, Control pontok csapatszinten, killpontok száma csapatszinen.
2 - Number of participants
The tournament last time had 30 participants, and we are expecting even more this year. The tournament will consist of 12 teams, each team having 3 members !

A múltkor 30 résztvevője volt a HÉT-nek, és ennyit várunk idén is, sőt egy kicsit többet. Az a terv hogy 12 darab 3-fős csapat versenyezzen egymással !

The Motel is booked by the tournament organizers, so please let them know at info@fonixcsarnok.eu and then you will have a cheaper price of 3500 forints / night with breakfast.
3 - Helyszín

A szállást csoportosan tudja foglalni a Főnixcsarnok. Ahhoz hogy a kedvezményes 3500 forint / éj ( reggelivel) szállásdíj érvényes legyen, jelezze igényét az info@fonixcsarnok.eu címen.
4 - Lunch
There will be a lunch break that is 30 Minutes long
The Tournament organizers will take your pizza(and similar) orders in the morning before the first game and the food will be delivered in time for the lunch break.
4 - Ebéd
Az ebédszünet 30 perces lesz.
A torna szervezői reggel érkezéskor fel fogják venni a pizzarendelésket és az étel pontosan fog az ebédszünet kezdetére érkezni.
5 - Drinks
The tournament organizers will sell drinks on the spot and drinking is allowed throughout the event. If someone oversteps the normal behavior due to drinking ( or dice rage or both) , they will be dealt with in an improvised manner.
5 - Italok
A torna szervezői üditőt, ásványvizet és sört árúsítanak majd a helyszínen és az ivás elfogadott és engedélyezett a meccsek közben. Aki viszont nem tudja hozni a normális viselkedést, a versenyről ki lesz tiltva.
6 - Armies
You will need two 42 point Warmachine / Hordes army lists of the same army to attend the tournament. Character restrictions across the two lists.
The Prime and Epic version of the same character counts as a separate character and can be taken in different lists. For example you may take Magnus the Traitor for one of your lists and Magnus the Warlord for the other. Also the epic versions of the solos are to be treated as separate characters.
The lists do not need to be sent in beforehand, you can fill out an SR2014 sheet at home and bring it, or fill out one at the spot !
Addition Rule : If two players who are attending the WTC would face each other, they can use their WTC armies instead of the regular 42 point lists.
6 - Seregek
Minden résztvevőnek szüksége lesz két 42 pontos listára. A listák 42 pontosak kell legyenek, és ugyanabból a seregből kell őket kiállítani, a karaktermegkötések figyelembevételével. A karakterek Prime és Epic változata különböző karakterenek számít a karaktermegkötés szempontjából.
A sereglistákat nem kötelező előre leadni, otthon is ki lehet tölteni egy SR2014-as űrlapot, vagy a helyszínen is.
Plusz szabály : A WTC-re való tekintettel, ha a HÉT-en két WTC-n résztvevő játékos kerül össze, közös megeggyezéssel játszhatják a WTC-s listáikat egymás ellen.
7 - Painting requirements
There is no painting requirement for this tournament.
The Front Arcs of the bases must be marked on all models.
7 - Festettségi követelmény
A versenyen nem lesz festettségi követelmény. A Front Arcokat minden esetben föl kell festeni a modellek talpára.
7a - Proxies and conversions
If you wish to use proxies they must be submitted to the tournament organizers per e-mail prior to the tournament. If you have conversion or custom model in your army, please make sure it does not create confusion on the tabletop by having a different base or different weapons than the original. If you are unsure, please contact the tournaments organizers.
7a - Proxik és konverziók
Amennyiben egy versenyző proxit kiván használni a versenyen azt előtte be kell kell küldje e-mailben a torna szervezőinek, elbírálásra. Amennyiben a seregben konverziók vagy egyedileg épített figura található annak talpmérete vagy fegyverzete nem lehet félrevezető az eredetihez képpest. Amennyiben ebben a témában bármilyen kérdés merülne fel, keressétek a torna szervezőit.
8 - Clocks and timing
We have a good quantity of chess clocks but if you have a chess clock of you own you may bring it to the tournament. There 65 minutes of time per player, according to the SR2014 document. This time limit will include deployment with the clock as detailed in the SR2014 document.
8 - Sakkórák és időkorlátok
Jelenleg van elég sakkóra az esemény lebonyolításához, de ha szeretnétek, hozhattok saját sakkórát is a rendezvényre. A színtidő 65 perc játékosonként, viszont ebben benne van a felpakolás is az SR2014 szabályai szerint.
9 - Entry fee
The entry fee is paid by teams and it is 6000 forints or 20 EUR. The entry fee needs to be paid in advance to register your team.
With the team format there needs to be an even number of teams. When you register your team, you will get on the list. The teams will be arranged by date of registration. If your team is the last one registered and has is an uneven number, it will be put on a waiting list and cannot enter competition until there is another team registered that would put the number of teams to an even number ! If you cannot attend the tournament for this reason, your entry fee will be repaid to you.
You can pay your entry fee by cash or bank transfer or Paypal.
9 - Belépő
A belépőjegyet csapatonként kell megváltani és az ára 6000 forint. A nevezési díj megfizetésével lehet regisztrálni a csapatot.
A csapat formátum miatt a csapatok száma páros kell legyen. A csapatokat időrendi regisztrációjuk alapján állítjuk sorba. Amennyiben a csapatotok a legutolsó regisztrált csapat és pont páratlan a csapatok száma, úgy ez a csapat várólistára kerül addig amíg nem regisztrál egy következő csapat és páros nem lesz a csapatok száma. Amennyiben a csapatotok ezen ok miatt nem tud részt venni a tornán, úgy a nevezési díjat visszatérítjük.
A nevezési díjat be lehet fizetni személyesen, vagy banki utalással.
10 - Prizes
The prizes for this tournament are under planning. The most probable prizes will be vouchers to be spent in the http://www.hallofthephoenix.eu/en.html
webshop. The webshop carries a variety of stock ranging from the GW systems to Wyrd Miniatures and of course Privateer Press products with international shipping.
Our team is also working on medals for those who earn them :)
10 - Díjazás

Instead of pub drinking, this year we will spend the evening with board games, and drinking on the spot. Feel free to join !

Ezen a HÉT-en a verseny végeztével rátérünk a társasjátékokra és egész este játszani fogunk. Mindenki jöhet, bármilyen játékkal :)
13 - Exchanging EUR to forints
I have received this question and here is the answer : Euros are not widely accepted in shops or pubs, so you will need to make an exchange. There are gas stations and similar that will accept euros, but will not give you a fair deal, so beware. My suggestion is that we exchange some euros on Firday evening at a proper exchange place and then we will exchange the remaining forints to EUR at the end of the event.( hopefully not a great ammount will remain)
